I sent in one of these recently when I hit the 100lb lost milestone. But surely we can't have enough side by sides! I hope my journey so far can inspire others particularly those who might be starting in the morbidly obese category. So here are at the end of my 3rd cycle of Bodyslims, I've now lost 112lbs or 8 stone on the dot since I started in September 2023.

This is my 10 week before and after, this is my first cycle and I wanted to share just how achievable you can be in just 10 weeks! The programme is hard but very simple and anybody really can do it! I have a fire burning beneath me and this whole journey has blown my mind. 10 weeks ago I took the first photo and my mental state was beyond low, i was embarrassed, disgusted, miserable and so angry at myself! I hated me, I hid away in the shadows of disgust, I ran from photos, I dressed mostly in pjs and I thought all the hiding was making it “better” because nobody would see me.
