Hello,

I just want to send a note to thank Ger amd the Bodyslims team for helping me to transform my life. I learned so much along my journey with Bodyslims, mind and body.
I have lost 5 stone. Went from a size 22 to a size 12/14. I feel like a new person. I will be forever grateful for finding Bodyslims. I would highly recommend, it's life changing.
