Weight Loss Transformation, A Personal Journey to become unstuck.

Hi Gerard and BodySlims family it’s now 2 weeks since I finished the January program and all is amazing. I have enclosed my measurements and photos in new suit. (Yellow dress) I am sitting the next program out but might be back for another.

18th jan 225lbs now 177lbs
Neck 44cm now 39cm
Chest 120cm now 101cm
Bellybutton 121cm now 100cm
Waist 107cm now 93cm
Thigh 60cm now 54cm.

Thank you all so much for the help and encouragement and many laughs over the 10 weeks I will be skipping the next program but I will be continuing to keep up the walking and watching my calories.

Included is photo of me in a suit I could only dream of fitting into. (My yellow dress) I’d say Martha is so jealous.

I have been spreading the word about bodyslims because everyone is commenting on the new me.

So thank you all again I am so happy.
