Weight Loss Transformation, A Personal Journey to become unstuck.

Hi Ger & The Bodyslims Team. I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me realise that I can change my story, my mindset and my life.

After a chat with my GP last year and asking her about weightloss injection (which I decided against) she sent me a link to Bodyslims as some of her patients were very successful on the program. I had a look and watched stories like Carla's, but I was still hesitant. The following week was my sons graduation and another milestone that was plagued by negative thoughts, nothing to wear, feeling ashamed of my body, the list goes on.

The next day I signed up to Bodyslims. I decided I was going to give it my all even though I have Hashimatos, I find it very difficult to drop weight. Also I decided I was going to put everything I knew about weightloss to one side and start fresh. I love the gym, I love lifting weights but I always tried to out train my bad diet so I had to change my thinking and no better man than Ger to show me the way. I wanted to be free of negative thoughts about my body that had plagued me my entire life since a child. This is my 2nd program and I've loved every minute. I have lost 45lbs and I am looking forward to the April Cycle and that will bring me to my D2D goal. Bodyslims has shown me how to lose weight in a healthy way but losing weight is a by product. My mental health has improved immensely and my family have benefited too. I want to be happy and healthy and be around for my children as they grow. Also I am loving trying on clothes. I've gone from UK size 16/18 to size 10. I'm still pinching myself.

Thanks to Sharon for egging Ger on to create this AMAZING programme. If any of my story inspires even 1 person to sign up that would brilliant. If you are still thinking about signing up, seriously all you have to lose is the weight, take the plunge you will not regret it.
