Weight Loss Transformation, A Personal Journey to become unstuck.

Here are my before and after photos. I started my bodyslims journey on the 18th of January 2023 and completed 2 programmes I am now down 54 pounds near the 4 Stone mark. I dared to dream and my dreams have come true I am now down to a size 8 to 10 and have hit my target weight and more. its so true when you feel great you don't want to let it go. I cannot thank Gerard and this amazing programme enough I could not have done this without your help you made me realise that I can do anything I put my mind too and no money could buy how I feel. Gerard just gets into your head and i am going to miss the seminars but i may join again for maintenance in the future . Anyone thinking about joining this programme just do, bodyslims is a life changer and If you do what Gerard tells you to do you can reach for the stars
