Hi Ger and Sharon Just a short note.
I have been struggling for some time with losing some of the weight that I have put on over some years. I was doing some research and stumbled on to your website and read some of the fantastic testimonials. I thought by myself that worse case scenario I might be out of pocket some money but it was worth giving it a go as the testimonials was great. Fast forward and after 10 weeks I have lost 47.8 lbs and had to get a full new wardrobe…Shirt size used to be 3XL and now down to XL, Trousers size used to be 42 inches and now down to 38 inches. All workout great and delighted that I did the programme.
