Weight Loss Transformation, A Personal Journey to become unstuck.

My bodyslims journey started in April 2020 when I was 50. For 5 years I had promised myself that I was going to lose weight for my 50th birthday. I joined everything but that never happened. Then covid hit and I had heard about bodyslims and decided I will give this a try. I had tried everything else and failed so I might as well give this a go. I gave everything for my first programme and did everything I was told to do and I lost 2 and a half stone, 35 lbs. I felt amazing and so proud of what I had achieved. I decided to go on and do another programme and I lost another 10 pounds. I was so happy and I had not been this slim since my 20's. I made a decision that bodyslims will be part of my life forever and here I am now 54 and 53 lbs lighter, nearly 4 stone, living my best life in maintenance. I never believed I could do this but bodyslims gave me that belief in myself again and I have achieved so much and am so happy in my life.
