Weight Loss Transformation, A Personal Journey to become unstuck.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ger, Sharon, Carla and the entire team at BodySlims for the most amazing 10 weeks.

I signed up for the Sept. 2023 program, having been inspired by a good friend, who achieved his weight loss goal on the Jan. program.

Today I have lost 43Ibs - the physical and mental transformation has been extraordinary. Each week brought its own new challenges, and with Ger’s weekly talks, were met with a re-vitalised, self belief and  determination.

BodySlims has been an incredible journey, so far. I have another bit to go, and can’t wait to start the Jan. 2024 program - Get the body “beach/summer ready” for 2024.
