Weight Loss Transformation, A Personal Journey to become unstuck.

Hi Ger and Sharon! I put off doing my dress up night at the end of the last program as I was adamant that I get to my dare to dream goal before I celebrate.

4 weeks ago I hit my goal of 60lb loss (over 2 Bodyslims cycles) and here I am at a wedding yesterday feeling more comfortable and confident than I have in years. I can't thank you guys enough for your guidance and positivity throughout the journey. The lessons I have learnt with Bodyslims will stay with me for many years to come.

Seeing other people's successes really helped me in my journey. As camera shy as I am, I am happy to pass on some inspiration to others if it may help to motivate them to reach their goals too!
