Before I started bodyslims in January I was in the worst shape of my life, feeling terrible about myself and struggling mentally. In 70 days not only have I lost 2 stone 11lb but l've learned so much about myself. I didn’t have any alcohol at all for 70 days, which some of you will recognise as a massive achievement in itself. I have curbed my comfort eating and developed some really positive habits. I'm stronger and fitter both mentally and physically and I am proud of myself.
Thank you to the whole team @bodyslims for creating such an incredible, inspiring programme. It's not easy, but it's simple, and I'm pretty sure just about anyone can do it. I think the main thing to say to anyone is, just do what you’re told to do, when you’re told to do it. Sometimes that feels against your nature, but it’s all there for a reason. Submit to the process and show up for yourself. I’ve failed so many times before because I gave up. But this time I didn’t, and I feel and look amazing because of it. And I’m SO PROUD of myself. It’s a brilliant feeling.
