Weight Loss Transformation, A Personal Journey to become unstuck.

I started Bodyslims January 2024. I knew I needed to do something, but I didn't know what. I saw bodyslims on social media, I looked at the website and read the wonderful success stories, I thought this could be too good to be true, but thought it's worth a try. To say I'm delighted with that decision is the biggest understatement ever.

I started on the 17th January, with so much negative self talk whirling in my head, "I can't do this" "I've no time for that." etc. Loads of the testimonials say do what Ger says when he says it, and thank goodness I did. I surrendered to the programme and reached Brilliant because of it. Bodyslims gets you to focus, and empowers you, it resets your mindset.

I did two cycles of Bodyslims, I've lost 67lbs, & reached my Dare to Dream. I wasn't going to write all this but if it wasn't for others stories, I wouldn't have started and gotten to this incredible place I now find myself.

I cannot thank Ger and all the Bodyslims team more, the energy I now have, the feeling of brilliant cannot be put into adequate words.
