Dear Ger, Sharon, Carla and all the team!
I started Bodyslims in September 2023 filled with trepidation and hoping that it would help me simply lose a few pounds. I had gained quite a lot of weight over the last few years and was feeling uncomfortable in my skin, constantly tired and just worn out by it all.
Well….never in a million years did I think I would be where I am now! 56lbs lighter after two programmes and not far away from my ‘dare to dream’ goal.
But the biggest change is inside me. I have said that I feel like I have unearthed myself. My old self who I have not been in a very long time. And it feels amazing!
Bodyslims is a weight-of-the-world-loss programme. It’s like nothing else that I have seen. A programme that helps you remember the best of yourself and encourages you to go live life boldly and to the full.
And that is just what I intend to do!
So, thank you for everything. This programme has changed my life, in so many more ways, than just the number on the scales.
