Hi Guys, Just want to say how great I feel since I made the decision to join BodySlims this is my first time with you here is a photo taken at December 2023 and here is the photo of me now with one week still to go I’m wondering who this new person is, I cant actually believe it’s me.

I’ve already achieved my goal weight as Ger said Dare to Dream I’m enjoying this whole journey along with my wife Sharon I would encourage everyone to try BodySlims it’s life changing I would like to thank all the BodySlims team and especially Ger for his wonderful Coaching that you can bring into every part of your Life and the Laughter as well,
