Dear Gerard and all at bodyslims.
I have just reached my dare to dream goal and I want to say thank you for transforming my life. I have lost 72 pounds and I am a different person. I feel great, have little or no pain and have so much more energy. You have changed my whole mindset regarding food and wellbeing. I try to keep it simple, if it doesn't serve me well, I avoid it as best I can. Gerard's words are in my head and every day I bring them to mind at some stage.
I loved the seminars and laughed out loud every time Gerard said something was a load of Shite. Invariably, he was right. I feel so grateful for coming across bodyslims and totally value my result.
