Dress up weekend, Damian below is on it Hi all, I just wanted to say a massive thanks to Ger and all the bodyslims team. I was on the Jan23 program and am delighted by the results. I am down 36lbs in 10 weeks and feel totally different.

The weight loss wasn't easy but the process was very simple. In essence just do what ger tells you to do and you will see the results. I still have a bit to go but now travelling in the right direction with some invaluable insights gained.

I also managed to change my career path and start my own business during the 10 week period , helped in no small way by the new mindset that Bodyslims gives you. Thanks again.
