Weight Loss Transformation, A Personal Journey to become unstuck.

I am so grateful to all at BodySlims I’ve lost a total of 73lbs, 5stone 3lbs or 33.11kgs.

It’s not easy but it’s sooo worth it! I love trying on clothes now and developed a bit of a shopping habit!! Nothing tastes as good as slim feels!

I’ve lost weight in the past but this is different, it’s the head stuff, changing your mindset. Choosing nutritious foods and really enjoying them, I love bodyslims and the way I now feel. I’ve lost 73lbs, gone from a size 18/20 to a size 12 never will I gain that weight back, this is me for the rest of my life. Thank you Gerard and team BodySlims.

I’d recommend BodySlims to anyone and I have, people have been inspired by my journey and have now embarked on their own BodySlims journey, this happened to me when a friend told me about it and I saw her results.

My advice is follow everything Gerard says, listen to the positive whispers, the daily and nightly support videos, immerse yourself in BodySlims and you’ll see the results.
