Weight Loss Transformation, A Personal Journey to become unstuck.

This picture on the Right was taken last Christmas and the one on the left was taken this morning !! I received my stone badge which is my second one from bodyslims as I did the summer programe & released over 20 pounds !!

When I took the picture on the left today i took like 7 becasue i actually didn't believe i could look like this I thought it had to be just good angles or the trousers I cant comprehend this at all !!

I Feel absolutely incredible, i had a baby over 2 years ago & gained over four stone I am now slimmer than before i ever got pregnant. I feel so fantastic like my mental health is better than ever, I am just in the best place & still cant believe what Iv achieved so far its like imposter syndrome!!

Thank you Bodyslims Honestly nothing has ever worked for me like this. Ive never felt this good x
