Weight Loss Transformation, A Personal Journey to become unstuck.

To everyone at Body Slims 
This has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself both physically and mentally. I’m in such a happier/better place not only because I’ve lost weight but because I did this for myself. I put bodyslims at the front of my mind everyday and I’m really proud of myself for that.
2 cycles down and only 5lbs off my dare to dream weight!! (38lbs in total)I can’t believe it - I’m so close and I will get it  I know how, thanks to Ger. I couldn’t be more grateful to him for opening my eyes and making me look at food differently in terms of the nutritional content of food/portions - everything!!
Thank you for giving me the chance of picking clothes now that I LIKE to wear and not ‘’what will cover me’’ and hide my weight.

Bodyslims is an amazing programme, I couldn’t recommend it enough! I have tried numerous programmes and this is the first one that worked and It’s just going to be a way of life now. I can’t express how thankful I am to you all. A bunch of legends
