Hi Ger and Sharon,
Never in a million years did I believe I could get 3 stone off in 9 weeks. But here we are 1 week to go and I have done it (Not that I am finished really just getting started). Its amazing how the programme bit by bit changes your mindset and installs new habits that quickly replace the bad habits. Who knew that making lots of small good decisions can amount to a massive result within a few weeks. So just wanted to say thanks for getting into my head over the last few weeks and walking me through what needed to be done to get the results.
