Weight Lost - 74 lbs
Just weighed out my weight loss thus far in bags of food, holy moly I couldn't barely lift them. On my 4th Bodyslims programme now and I have shed a whopping 74lbs in total since I started last January, down from 14. 11lbs to 9.7 stone.!
I am so delighted with how amazing I feel and I have such a huge gratitude to have heard about the Bodyslims programme and to be lucky to have done it,
